We are not able to guarantee the time it will take for the goods to arrive but usually it will take 10 -14 working days at the most.

If two weeks have passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item.

Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advises that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you . In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post.
