Shipping Policy

United Kingdom Shipping £4.10

Please allow up to 5 working days from the day of dispatch to arrive if your order is needed sooner do contact us and we will assess if we can meet your needs using other methods of delivery that may be more than £4.10

International Shipping  £13.00

We are not able to guarantee the time it will take for the goods to arrive but usually it will take 10 -14 working days at the most.

If two weeks have passed and you have not received your order, then please contact us immediately so we can track your item.

Please note that proof of postage is obtained for all items. If an item does get lost then the Royal Mail advises that a period of time must pass before this item is officially lost. Once this time has past a replacement item will be sent to you . In no circumstances will a refund be issued for lost post.

Yanefella is awesome at what she does. She is easy to work with, her attention to details is super. I had many ideas in my head for my dream dress but could not bring it to live. She helped me put all my ideas together and made it come to live. She was able to work with me while I was far in a different province. Communication was super easy, she answered all my questions. She is really patient, accommodating, and willing to work with your budget. She ensures I was involved throughout the process, from buying of the fabric, putting the dreses together and every single details of the dress making. This made me trust her and I had no worries about her job. She is very professional and passionate about her work.
