PAYMENT POLICY
At Yanafella we accept all major credit/debit cards through Shopify pay, an easy secure method of online payment.

REFUNDS POLICY
Refunds can only be accepted and processed for online purchases and within 28 days of despatch. Items must be returned within this time and in the same condition as sold. Sale items are non-refundable. We will only give you a refund via the original payment method, excluding the return cost. Return forms can be requested and sent out as required. The form must be filled out correctly to avoid delay in processing the return. We will confirm your returns by email.

Exchanges may be granted after this period and are subject to issue. Refunds cannot be granted for exchange. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery will not be refunded.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@yanafella.com.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@yanafella.com and you will be given a return address.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over 75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

SHIPPING ISSUES
From the time your package leaves the Yanafella workshop until it is delivered to your doorstep, all shipping liability lies with UPS, DHL, FedEx, Parcel Force, DPD, Royal Mail or your post office service in your country. After the package is marked as delivered by the courier, packages become the customer's responsibility. Yanafella cannot provide refunds for lost or stolen packages post-delivery. Missing packages claims must be filed by the customer. In the rare case of missing parcels, please contact us.

Order Processing
At Yanafella we aim to process your order within 2 to 5 working days depending on the nature of the order as some items may not be in stock and need to be made from receipt of payment.
