Changing or adding to your order can be done within 24 hours of purchasing by sending an online message or emailing info@yanafella.com with your order reference number. Please make sure that you include your contact details in case we may need to contact you. Please note that to do this, you must be an account holder or an authorised person on the account.

We send all orders via Royal Mail First class, and all orders sent must be signed. Please check our shipping policy.

Our online store is open 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Deliveries may be affected by UK holidays and eventualities. We will always ensure that we communicate this with you.

If your product is damaged or has a fault, we want to know. We will happily exchange a product that has not been used repeatedly within 14 days of purchase.

You have 14 days from the item arriving to change your mind and send it back to us for a refund. (Minus postage). We strictly only accept back items which have not been worn or washed. If an item is returned to us and shows signs of this, it will be returned back to you. Yanefella is awesome at what she does. She is easy to work with, her attention to details is super. I had many ideas in my head for my dream dress but could not bring it to live. She helped me put all my ideas together and made it come to live. She was able to work with me while I was far in a different province. Communication was super easy, she answered all my questions.
